The PowerPuff Girls: MojoJojo and Blossom

Sorry it took so long, it would have been up sooner if I didn’t decide to add in a crappy background last minute. Curses!

Anyway, it was my good friend’s birthday last month (October 14^th, Oh my. has it been that long?) and I wanted to draw her something nice and since Ran is a huge fan of the Powerpuff Girls (and Mojo Jojo in particular ) I wanted to draw her something featuring her two favorite characters, which happens to be her OTP, Mojo and Blossom.

I got the idea for this drawing as I was re-watching the musical episode (you heard me, musical episode) “See me, Feel me, Gnomey” when the girls, like always, fly in to stop and villains and I came across a shot of Blossom socking Mojo across the side of his face. I knew in an instant that this would be perfect; I just had to redraw it!

It started off as just a pen sketch, but later on I added in digital colouring. Also about mid way through I decided to add buildings into the background to make it look closer to the original scene, buuuut I kind of screwed it up and it was too late to turn back Oh well.

Sorry this isn’t the typical OTP drawing with lots of love and hugs, but hey Mojo/Blossom isn’t really typical to begin with and hey, what’s a hero/ villain relationship without a little fighting, eh?
